Overview

Jaiscelle Aristorenas is an associate in the Corporate group. Her practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions. She works closely with clients on complex transactions, providing practical and commercially focused advice.

Beyond her legal practice, Jaiscelle is a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers and plays a key role in mentorship initiatives within the firm.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Jaiscelle joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and returned to complete her articles in 2022 and 2023.

While in law school, she served as Co-President of the University of Ottawa's Black Law Students’ Association, National Mentorship Representative of the Black Law Students' Association of Canada and volunteered with the Senate of Canada.
