Joanne is an intellectual property litigation law clerk with over 20 years of experience in all levels of the Federal Court. Joanne has experience with matters relating to patent and trade-mark litigation as well as matters under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Before joining Bennett Jones in 2016, Joanne worked at a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property.
