Daniel Alievsky

Daniel Alievsky is a financial services lawyer with a practice that focuses on banking, secured transactions and corporate commercial matters.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Daniel worked at a Toronto restructuring and insolvency boutique where he gained experience in commercial transactions and secured financing matters.

Daniel was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University. In 2022, he was awarded first place in the Insolvency Institute of Canada Law Student Writing Award.
