Martin Kratz, QC delivered Osgoode Hall Law School’s Intellectual Property Law LLM course, "Introduction to Intellectual Property: Theoretical Frameworks", together with Dr. Carys Craig, full time Faculty at Osgoode Hall. Mr. Kratz and Dr. Craig are the co-directors of the Intellectual Property LLM program at Osgoode Hall Law School. Osgoode Hall Law School’s LLM program in Intellectual Property Law is Canada’s advanced post graduate Intellectual property program of studies.

Martin Kratz, QC has been appointed by the Editor of Dimock, "Intellectual Property Disputes: Resolution and Remedies", Carswell, to update the chapter on Computer Related Disputes.
