Lawyers and in-house legal counsel frequently work with financial statements and other accounting information. This series of seminars is designed to demystify accounting and provide lawyers with the knowledge and understanding they need to work confidently with accounting information. Our fourth seminar reviews Analyzing and Interpreting Financial Statements as well as looking at the roles of Auditors and Accountants. It will focus on:

• Audits and the auditor's report
• Fair presentation
• Review engagements and compilation engagements

The seminar will have a practical focus and examples from actual financial statements are used extensively to demonstrate the issues discussed.
