Jeff Leon, a partner in the firm's litigation group, will be leading a course on the subject of Directors' & Officers' Liability. The course will explore a number of topics including what directors and officers must do to protect themselves again lawsuits, where regulators are focusing their attention, the areas of increased exposure and best practices for mitigation, to name a few.
This two-day course is presented by the Federated Press and will be taking place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Calgary, Alberta.
