Demystifying Proper Mediation Preparation

The speakers discussed the common issues that can arise during mediation, whether at the initial meeting between a client and their lawyer or between the involved parties and the mediator. Attendees heard about different approaches to address these challenging issues to help increase mediation preparedness.
