Cheryl Woodin moderated a webinar on issues in modern cross-border mass torts litigation, presented by the International Association of Defense Counsel. 

The webinar panel explored current issues in cross-border litigation with a focus on issues related to discovery, production and cross-border coordination. Topics included understanding jurisdictional differences and managing procedural, tactical and ethical issues surrounding inter jurisdictional discovery.
