Ranjan Agarwal appeared on CBC Radio's Metro Morning to discuss changes to the way the Prime Minister appoints Supreme Court justices. Ranjan is president of the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto and stated that the problem with the SCC's lack of diversity is that Supreme Court justices tend to come from provincial Courts of Appeal and there are few diverse candidates to choose from at that level.
