The Legal Post reports on Michael Whitt being selected as a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 11's Drafting Team to prepare a Cyber Incident Response Guide. He is the only member from a Canadian law firm on the Team. ?Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability is Sedona's newest working group. The Sedona Conference is a nonprofit research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights.
