David Dodge's receipt of an honorary doctorate of laws, while
detailing the address he delivered to the graduating class. In his
speech, David addresses the need for Canadians to deal with the
large number of retirees set to leave the workforce in the upcoming
decade. He points out the need to increase Canadian productivity to
help offset the reduced-retiree/working-Canadian ratio.
