Bennett Jones Acts as Lead Counsel in Innovative, Cross-Border Blockchain Listing

Bennett Jones acted as lead counsel in connection with the merger of Seamless Logic Software Limited and MoneyClip Inc. to create Wellfield Technologies Inc., a ~ $115-million, TSX Venture Exchange listed blockchain company.

Wellfield develops complementary, cutting-edge technology infrastructure designed to facilitate decentralized finance (DeFi) by streamlining cross-blockchain trading and making Bitcoin compatible with DeFi.
