Linda Misetich Dann New Lead Director of Bennett Jones Partnership Board

Bennett Jones is pleased to announce that Linda Misetich Dann was elected Lead Director of the firm's Partnership Board. She will remain Co-Head of Bennett Jones' Corporate Department. Linda has over 20 years of experience in securities and corporate law, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and complex transactional work.

Linda regularly provides advice on general corporate and continuous disclosure obligations and other regulatory compliance matters and has extensive experience negotiating securities and other business agreements.
