John Manley on the Balancing Job of Canada's Minority Government

John Manley appeared live on BNN Bloomberg to talk about the east-west divide in the Canadian election results and what it means for the Liberal minority government. John says there needs to be political will from both the federal level and the provinces to bridge the gap. 

John says that when it comes to balancing energy and the environment, the vital importance of natural resources to Canada's overall economy has to be recognized. Getting Canada's resources to market is how we pay for much of what we do as a country.
