Jason Roth Inducted as Fellow of Canadian College of Construction Lawyers

Jason Roth, head of Bennett Jones’ capital projects industry team, has been inducted as a Fellow into the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers (CCCL). Jason is also head of the firm's construction law practice group. The induction ceremony took place during the CCCL’s 23rd annual conference, the first time it was ever held virtually.

Jason practises law related to infrastructure development projects and represents owners/developers and contractors in relation to domestic and international infrastructure, LNG, power, electrical transmission, pipeline, natural gas processing and other projects.

Jason joins Bennett Jones’ John Craig, Stuart Hankinson and David Little as a Fellow in the CCCL.

The College strives to facilitate and encourage the association of outstanding lawyers who are distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice or teaching of construction law, and who are dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of construction law.
