Bennett Jones Welcomes Thomas Bauer to the Partnership

Bennett Jones is pleased to announce that Tom Bauer has joined the firm as a tax partner in the Toronto office.

Tom has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate income tax matters, with particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border investments, acquisitions and reorganizations. A significant portion of Tom's practice also involves representing clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, both at the audit and administrative appeals levels and before the courts.

Tom is a frequent speaker and writer on tax matters, and has presented papers at industry and professional conferences and associations.
