Bennett Jones Supports $36 Billion in Major Infrastructure Projects Featured in 2026 Top100 Report

Bennett Jones is proud to have played a key role in advising on 10 standout projects listed in ReNew Canada’s 2026 Top100 Infrastructure Projects Report. Together, these projects represent more than $36 billion in infrastructure investment across Canada.

Our work spans several provinces: in British Columbia, we provided legal guidance on five projects with a combined value exceeding $16 billion. In Ontario, we advised on two major initiatives worth a total of $7.1 billion, in addition to the ALTO rail network, which links Quebec and Toronto and is valued at over $4 billion. In Alberta, we assisted on two projects, totaling more than $8 billion.
