Angela Blake Joins Bennett Jones' Vancouver Office

Bennett Jones is pleased to announce that Angela Blake has joined the firm as a partner in the Vancouver office. Her practice is focused on corporate finance, securities and mergers & acquisitions. She advises Canadian and international clients in these areas, as well as in the blockchain and cannabis industries.

With a focus on clients’ strategic business objectives, Angela provides creative solutions on complex transactions. Her transactional experience includes private placement financings, prospectus and debt offerings, IPOs, exchange listings and reverse takeovers. She also advises public companies, boards and special committees on corporate governance matters.

Angela is a Local Advisory Committee Member of the TSX Venture Exchange, a Women’s Leadership Circle Advisory Board Member of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, and a Hope Couture Advisory Committee Member for the BC Cancer Foundation.
