Philip Marshall has a corporate commercial and securities law practice with a focus on corporate finance, corporate governance, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Philip summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Philip was seconded to the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
