Lieutenant-General Whitecross is Canada’s highest ranking female military officer and first female three-star general. She was Chief of Military Personnel for the 60,000 men and women in uniform in the Canadian Armed Forces and was twice named one of Canada’s top 100 Most Powerful Women (2011 and 2016).
