Jonathan Dueck practices commercial litigation with a specialty in construction disputes and experience in privacy matters, insolvency, foreclosure and debt recovery, insurance defence, environmental cumulative effects litigation and general commercial disputes. Jonathan has assisted with matters before all levels of court and through arbitration and mediation, providing thorough and effective service to his clients.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Jonathan practiced for five years in the Calgary office of a major international law firm.
Jonathan volunteered with the McGill Student Legal Advice Clinic while attending law school and currently volunteers with Pro Bono Alberta through the QB Amicus and Civil Claims Duty Counsel programs.
