Our Vancouver Litigation Department is currently seeking mid to senior-level litigation associates to join its highly regarded and growing team. Our lawyers have appeared before all levels of courts and administrative tribunals in British Columbia and Canada and provide clients with leading advice on litigation, mediation and arbitration strategies, tactics and procedures. The ideal candidates will be qualified to practice law in British Columbia or another common law Canadian province or territory and prepared to become called in British Columbia and have the following credentials:
- between 4 – 7 years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate/commercial litigation, arbitration, construction or restructuring and insolvency;
- excellent academic credentials; and
- strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills as part of a highly successful practice and a growing office and will receive advanced training, mentoring and significant client exposure. This is the ideal position for someone who demonstrates strong initiative, has excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and is a consummate team player.
