Corporate Services Assistant

Essential Functions:

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory and all other AD related services.
• Provide a range of administrative support to a team of Corporate and Securities Law Clerks
• To maintain and file documents in the minute books and corporate database
• Review of records in corporate database to ensure data and virtual minute books are up to date, and update as necessary
• Processing agent invoices and visa charge receipts for corporate filings
• Work on other projects or assignments as required

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
• Corporate law experience and familiarity with corporate database(s) and knowledge of Dye &Durham corporate software is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information, with discretion and professionalism
• A strong team player and demonstrates positive work ethic
• Strong ability to create relationships with all members of the team and to build rapport quickly

Additional Details:

• Compensation: $41,600 - $62,400 per annum
