Aaron is a corporate commercial and trademark lawyer and a registered trademark agent who advises clients both domestically and internationally with respect to their contractual relationships and IP strategy. On the trademark front, Aaron's experience spans from Canadian and U.S. trademark prosecution and international trademark portfolio management to strategic advice regarding drafting and negotiating various trademark-related agreements in North America and internationally. On the corporate commercial side, Aaron has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts for both domestic and international relationships.
Prior to attending law school, Aaron received a MA in English Literature from the University of Saskatchewan and a BA Honours in English Literature from St. Francis Xavier University. While attending the University of Saskatchewan, Aaron was a recipient of the Hantelman Humanities Scholarship.
Aaron graduated from the Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law in the summer of 2018. He was the Dean’s Course Prize winner in the International Intellectual Property Law & Policy course during his final year.
