She utilizes her expert knowledge of the Land Titles and Corporate Registry systems to work alongside the team in handling large scale commercial real estate transactions by drafting transactional documents, conducting real property title searches, working with title insurance companies to obtain lender and/or purchaser policies, and assisting with real property due diligence and preparation of real estate documents for submission to land titles.
