Shane Rozen-Delman has a corporate commercial and securities law practice with a focus on corporate finance, corporate governance, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Shane summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Shane was seconded to the Bank of Montreal.
