Lori Sterling will co-chair the Canadian Institute's 22nd Annual Advanced Administrative Law & Practice Conference in Ottawa, October 26-27, 2022. The conference brings together administrative law professionals in the administrative and regulatory sectors for thought-provoking discussions, presentations and networking.
In addition to co-chairing the conference, Lori is co-presenting a session entitled Year in Review of Top Administrative Law Decisions and Cases to Watch. The panel members will discuss the most significant cases making waves in Canada's administrative law sector, including the recent cases dealing with access to justice.
