Join Bennett Jones and external facilitator Dr. Larry Richard for a CPD-accredited session on motivational strategies aimed at helping individuals to better manage themselves and the people they work with.

Over the past 50 years, psychologists have made great strides in understanding what motivates people. Nevertheless, there is a large gap between what we know and what strategies and techniques are actually used in practice. This applies with even greater force to the legal profession, where many of the approaches we use to motivate lawyers today are just plain wrong or more importantly, ineffective.

At the end of the session you will understand what motivates lawyers and learn new ways to work effectively with your own team and others.
