Radha says that securities regulators have made it clear that reporting issuers will face increased scrutiny on ESG related disclosure to ensure compliance with securities law. Companies are increasingly looking at their in-house legal teams, boards and external legal counsel to advise on their ESG strategies and sustainability commitments.
