At this conference for students and graduates of Osgoode's LLB program and Schulich's MBA program, with the theme "World Markets in Transition: Canada's Opportunities and Challenges," Mark Laugesen appeared on a three person panel to discuss the impact of current economic changes on bankruptcy / insolvency / restructuring, both from a legal and accounting perspective. This conference also helped to celebrate the inauguration of the Hennick Centre for Business and Law.
