Pearson comments in Lexpert on the Bri-Chem trilogy, in which the
Federal Court of Appeal found that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) was
disregarding the directions of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
Darrel points out the CBSA has been doing this for decades and the decision was
years in the making. He says the Court's finding provides much needed clarity.
