Conrad Druzeta on the CSA's Fintech Sandbox

Conrad Druzeta comments in The Lawyer’s Daily on the Canadian Securities Administrators’ Regulatory Sandbox initiative to support fintech businesses and address cryptocurrencies in Canada. Conrad says he’s a great fan of the program as it encourages dialogue among participants and deals with the reality of the market. Conrad also says he is, “excited to see the first prospectus-based public offering of a cryptocurrency. That will be a game changer.”
