Christine Whitecross to hear her speak on leadership in the 21st century and what businesses can do to lead by example. Lt.-Gen. Whitecross is Canada’s highest ranking female military officer and the country’s first female three-star general. She is presently commandant of the NATO Defense College in Rome, the first female to hold this position.
Claire spoke with Christine in a one-on-one talk and led a Q&A with the audience. Christine said that risk management, leadership and creating positive work environments are skills every law firm should incorporate into its practice, but in the age of cybersecurity and #MeToo it’s become even more apparent that legal workplaces need to step up efforts to deal with crises head-on.
