Radha specializes in environmental, regulatory and aboriginal matters, and in the transportation of dangerous goods. She advises on certain areas of business disruption and the defence of regulatory enforcement under environmental laws. She negotiates with regulatory authorities and aboriginal communities and practises in English and French.
A native of Mauritius and raised in Winnipeg, Radha practised in Winnipeg, Toronto and New York. She is called to the Bars of Ontario, Manitoba and New York. Radha practises across Canada and advises on transportation of dangerous goods in North America. After only a few years in the U.S.A., she was named as one of the Top Environmental Lawyers in the United States by Best Lawyers. Since returning to Canada, Best Lawyers has regularly named her a Top Environmental Lawyer in the country.
Radha is listed as a leading lawyer by Chambers Global for Environmental Law and by Lexpert for Aboriginal Law. She has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law for the sustainability and corporate social responsibility course and as a sessional lecturer at Robson Hall Faculty of Law for the environmental law course.
