TORONTO - Bennett Jones Partners, Melanie Aitken and Ranjan Agarwal along with Associate, Michelle MacGillivray will be participating in the OBA's Institute 2014 conference which runs from February 6th to February 8th at the Westin Harbour Castle Conference Centre in Toronto.

Ms. Aitken will guide attendees through the issues of navigating competition compliance while Mr. Agarwal will chair a program entitled "Effectively Navigating Injuries and Disabilities in the Workplace" with Ms. MacGillivray on a panel discussing essential updates on the duty to accommodate.

The Conference, which spans three days, will see more than 1,700 participants from the legal community gather in Toronto. The Conference offers programs from 29 areas of law involving 300 speakers.

The Ontario Bar Association's annual Institute is a continuing professional development event. For the past 39 years, it has provided Ontario lawyers with a unique opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in the law, while participating in a variety of social and professional events.
