Bennett Jones LLP is pleased to welcome Susan G. Seller to the partnership. Susan joins the firm as a partner in the Toronto office. 

Susan's practice focuses on all aspects of pension and employee benefits law, with particular experience in advising clients on matters relating to plan governance, administration and compliance, pension fund investment, executive compensation, and pension and benefit issues arising in corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. 

Susan also regularly speaks and writes on pension and benefits topics, and has authored or edited several leading texts relating to pension legislation in Ontario and Canada.
