Bennett Jones Alumnus Appointed to Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta

Calgary – Bennett Jones congratulates former partner, Kim Nixon, on her appointment yesterday to the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.

Justice Nixon served her clients with great distinction in the Bennett Jones Litigation Department having established its Immigration and Estate litigation practices. She also played an integral role in the Insolvency Practice Group and was a leader in theHealth Practice Group on behalf of the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
