Nolan has a general corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, banking and secured lending transactions and corporate finance.
While attending the University of Alberta, Nolan was awarded The Juriliber Scholarship, The Golden Bearrister Alumni Award and multiple Faculty of Law Undergraduate Scholarships. He graduated law school with distinction after maintaining First Class Standing and being named on the Dean's List.
Before joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Nolan summered and articled with the firm.
