Kateryna Korneliuk is a consultant within the Bennett Jones' Energy practice and is a member of our Construction and Capital Projects industry teams. Kateryna brings several years of experience working on projects in energy (including renewable energy), oil & gas and capital projects in Ukraine and across the European Union.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Kateryna practiced law in Kyiv, Ukraine for seven years at top-tier law firms.

Within the renewable energy sphere, Kateryna has experience in consulting investors and developers. Her experience includes preparing due diligence reports; preparing memorandums on various aspects for successful acquisition, development and operation of the wind, solar and other renewable energy projects; and drafting, negotiating and executing project contracts. 

In the power sector, Kateryna has experience in consulting electricity traders, including contracts management and supply chain matters.

In oil & gas, her experience includes consulting clients across upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas, in particular on issues related to exploration, production and trading of natural gas.

Kateryna's expertise extends to capital projects and construction law, including contract management related to engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts.
