Sam Kennedy is an associate in Bennett Jones' corporate group. His practice focuses on M&A, securities, capital markets and private equity. Sam advises private and publicly-listed clients on various commercial, governance, securities and transactional matters.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Sam worked at another leading corporate law firm.
During his studies at the University of Montréal, Sam spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Lisbon and completed a clerkship with the Honorable Mr. Justice Thomas M. Davis of the Superior Court of Québec. He also earned the Roy-Bélanger and the LSA Involvement scholarships in recognition of his outstanding community involvement and strong academic record.
