Leonard Gangbar represents a number of the country's largest real estate developers covering the areas of condominium, industrial, commercial, multi-family developments and Brownfield developments. He has significant experience in negotiating complex real estate acquisitions and commercial transactions and is an acknowledged leader in condominium mixed use development and financing.
Leonard is Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association - Real Property Section. He is also Past Chair of Education for the OBA Real Property Section.
