Marshall also has considerable experience advising on domestic and cross-border equity offerings, takeover bids, plans of arrangement, cross-border acquisitions, corporate governance, related party transactions, private acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital investments, securities regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations. Marshall’s practice includes clients in a variety of industries including technology, media and gaming, life sciences, finance and mining. He is a member of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association.
