Chanelle Desrosiers-Stewart is responsible for talent management in the Montreal office, including the operation and administration of the associate and student programs, the recruitment of new talents and their professional development. In these capacities, she manages the recruitment, orientation and integration of law students as well as lateral hires, and helps ensure their ongoing support at every stage of their careers through training, performance management, workload allocation, career development and mentoring.
Chanelle practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate/commercial law. Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Chanelle was an associate of a national law firm, where she was also actively involved in the recruitment and mentorship of students for a number of years.
Chanelle is a member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP) and Professional Development Institute (PDI). She is fluent in both English and French.
