Jordan Crocker has a general international trade and investment practice.

During law school, Jordan received the Dean’s Gold Key Award for his contribution to Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as a Dean’s Fellow, a Senior Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, and in various governance and leadership positions on the York University Senate, the Legal and Literary Society, and the Student Caucus of Faculty Council. Jordan earned specializations in International Business, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, and International, Comparative, and Transnational Law, while also completing a Graduate Diploma in Non-Profit Management and Leadership. Jordan also studied at Bader College, in Herstmonceux, UK, while on exchange with the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University, receiving a Certificate in International Business Law.

In the course of completing his JD/MBA, Jordan was awarded a fully funded summer internship to work at Rainbow Railroad, a multinational non-profit. Jordan also worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Janet Walker and the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg examining the procedural needs met by arbitration and its role in international dispute resolution.  Finally, he worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Business course at the Schulich School of Business.

In addition to his private practice, Jordan is committed to volunteering his time and knowledge by providing assistance to organizations where it will have the greatest impact. Jordan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Theatre Passe Muraille, an alternative Canadian theatre company dedicated to supporting and showcasing marginalized voices and independent and emerging artists and companies.

Prior to entering law, Jordan obtained a Certificate in German Language and Cultural Proficiency from the University of Victoria while simultaneously completing his history undergraduate studies, with his honours thesis published in the university’s undergraduate journal, The Arbutus Review. He also worked as a Policy Advisor for the university's faculty association. He was awarded a SSHRC grant to conduct his graduate studies at Queen’s University.

Before joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Jordan summered and articled at a leading regional law firm.
