With more than 20 years of experience as a securities law clerk, Sylvia Brown assists clients on public and private offerings, plans of arrangements, take-overs and reorganizations. She supports the firm's corporate and securities lawyers, providing research regarding securities requirements and precedents. Sylvia helps to prepare continuous disclosure documents and insider reports. She has extensive experience with regulatory filings through SEDAR, SEDI and TSX SecureFile.
