Margaret (Meg) Bennett has a general litigation practice with experience in corporate commercial and real estate disputes, fraud, employment litigation and competition class actions matters.

She has assisted with multiple cases at the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has appeared before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.

With respect to pro bono work, Meg volunteers her time at Pro Bono Ontario's Law Help Centres, and has taken part in their Trial Matching Project, which pairs Bennett Jones lawyers with self-represented litigants who have a scheduled trial at Small Claims Court. She also assists with student recruitment at the firm.

Meg is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and Young Women in the Law. She is also a member of the Bennett Jones Associate Committee.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Meg both summered and articled with the firm.
