Sarah Aaron has a general commercial litigation practice, with a particular focus on health law and professional negligence. Sarah has assisted with matters before the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Justice and various regulatory and administrative tribunals.

Sarah earned her JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2020 with a specialization in health law and policy. During law school, she was on the executive committee of Dalhousie Law Hour and OUTLaw. In her final year, Sarah spent a semester at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, where she represented clients on trans rights, family, child protection, tenancy and criminal matters at the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Nova Scotia Provincial Court, and administrative tribunals. Prior to law school, Sarah completed internships in Mexico, Argentina and Bolivia, and worked for the provincial government with a focus on physician compensation and intergovernmental relations.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Sarah practiced at the Calgary office of an international law firm where she was active with diversity, equity and inclusion, trans identification and women's initiatives. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and dog, hiking and skiing in the mountains, and exploring new countries.
