Feds to Appeal Prostitution Ruling," writer Jordan Press discusses the federal government's plan to appeal the Ontario Court Appeal's recent ruling to amend sections of the Criminal Code in light of a constitutional challenge brought by three sex-trade workers. The appeal will be taken to the Supreme Court of Canada, where if they agree to hear the case, a decision would apply nationwide. Ranjan Agarwal comments, " When there's an issue that affects the Criminal Code nationally, there is a real feeling you need to get the decision of the Supreme Court."
