Anne McLellan on CTV's Power Play on the Cannabis Act

Anne McLellan appeared on CTV’s Power Play for a one-on-one interview on the federal Cannabis Act and its implementation. Anne said that to combat the black market sale of cannabis, provinces need to provide the right balance of choice, quality and price to consumers. Earlier in the day, Anne appeared before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Health, which is holding hearings on the Cannabis Act and its roll-out.
