He has extensive experience in acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate, including office towers and industrial, shopping centre and condominium properties. Riley's practice also involves joint venture, co-ownership, shareholder and general and limited partnership structures and related reorganizations, general corporate and insolvency matters.
